Pumpkin Pie

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
1/4 t cloves
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk (or 1 can coconut milk! - really REALLY GOOD!)

9 inch pie shell

425*F 15 minutes
350*F 40-50 minutes


*NOTE* I personally add rounded amounts of the spices - esp when using coconut milk. I LOVE FLAVORFUL PIE! :)
